SHIPPING AND RETURNS POLICY
This shipping and return policy (the “Policy”) is hereby incorporated into and shall be considered as a part of the DeviantArt Pop-up Store Terms of Use (the “Terms”).
All capitalized terms used in this Policy shall have the same meaning as ascribed to them in the Terms, unless expressly defined otherwise in this Policy.
1. Shipping and Delivery
a. As of placement of an order, processing time may take up to 5 business days. After such time, and subject to receipt by Us of full payment for the order, the shipping and delivery process shall be initiated.
b. We deliver to most parts of the world and we are currently not delivering orders to the following destinations:
- Crimea, Luhansk, and Donetsk regions in Ukraine
- Cuba
- Iran
- Syria
- North Korea
However, delivery to different destinations might be dependent on current world events and laws
c. While we may provide delivery estimates, we cannot provide guaranteed delivery dates. Delivery times (including shipping) may vary due to different factors such as, without limitation, product availability, remote delivery addresses, date and time of order, problems with delivery carriers, weather conditions or any other event out of our control, etc.
d. We, to the extent permitted by law, do not assume any responsibility for the aforementioned delays in delivery.
e. Shipping charges are shown on the checkout page and are calculated based on your delivery address. The shipping charges shall be borne by you exclusively in addition to the order price.
f. Estimated time for delivery will be shown at checkout. It is only an estimation, and some deliveries can take longer, or alternatively, be delivered much faster. Orders are shipped to you based on the information you provide Us and you are responsible for the accuracy of such information. If any regulations are breached (including but without limitation export/import regulations) due to inaccurate information provided by you then you are responsible for such breach.
g. You acknowledge and agree that a carrier may contact you to arrange deliveries, confirm delivery details and rearrange deliveries (where applicable).
h. International Shipping: Shipments outside of the USA may incur customs fees depending on the destination country. The fee may vary depending on your order value, country limits, and other factors based on the product itself. You are solely responsible for these fees.
i. If the estimated delivery date has passed and you haven’t received your order yet, please check in with your local post office - in most cases, it is the best way to locate the order. If you are not able to locate your order this way, please contact us with your order number and a correct delivery address, and we’ll try to help. Make sure you report the problem here within 4 weeks after estimated delivery time.
j. In the rare cases that a shipment is marked as delivered by the courier, but you have yet to receive it, we will not cover the cost of the order. This only applies if the tracking details state that a delivery was made to the recipient’s address.
k. We aim to notify you of all relevant changes, when reasonably possible.
2. Returns
a. All orders are final. We cannot cancel orders once production has started.
b. We generally do not accept returns or provide refunds.
c. If you received a damaged product or there is any other problem with your order, please contact us here with a short description of the problem, including any order number and any relevant photos, within 4 weeks after receiving the order.
